Streetcar Fleet Poster

This new color poster shows all F-line streetcars in service or under renovation. From the 1895 No. 578 through Muni's first streetcar, No.1, to the "wheels of the world" historic contingent, the Milan trams and the PCCs, it's a streetcar feast for the eyes. Five more images than the last edition; 45 streetcars in all.

The poster is printed on high quality matte paper and, at 30x20 inches, fits pre-made frames available in most large frame stores. A perfect gift — or a great addition to your own wall. Illustrated by David Dugan. Ships rolled in a tube.

Cable Car Fleet Poster

Our new poster shows the many vintage liveries now gracing the Powell Street cable car fleet (a project supported by Market Street Railway). These paint schemes represent five different owners of the Powell line since 1888, in a kaleidoscope of colors.

The current California Street livery is also included, along with historic O'Farrell, Jones & Hyde car No. 42, restored with help by Market Street Railway. Complements the streetcar fleet poster in design and in the high quality matte paper. At 28x22 inches, fits in ready made frames. Illustrated by David Dugan. Ships rolled in a tube.

1921 O'Shaughnessy Streetcar Map

1921-historic-map-sm.jpg

Found tucked in the back of an otherwise unremarkable report, this map of the Street Railways of the City and County of San Francisco was drafted for M. M. O 'Shaughnessy in July, 1921. The original map, donated to the San Francisco Railway Museum by the family of James Adler, is printed on tissue (as they often were when created as internal documents). Our reproduction, a limited edition of 100 printed on archival-quality mat board, is the same size, scale and colors as the original.
