Description
Our exclusive Vintage Travel Series features great images that evoke travel posters from a bygone era, and feature destinations along San Francisco’s historic streetcar lines. The “flagship” image of the series is this one –“Museums in Motion” by San Francisco artist John Mattos — that brings back the days of “The Roar of the Four” from 1918 to 1946 when our main street, Market Street, had FOUR sets of streetcar tracks side by side. This image features four historic San Francisco streetcars from Muni’s fleet falling between the historic Flood Building and Emporium facade, still there at Powell and Market! We’ve turned the image into a light switch cover that fits traditional single-unit wall switches. Perfect for a kid’s room, a hobby room, or any room you want to light up with the historic streetcars!
