This October 19th and 20th, discover San Francisco’s diverse dance community and hidden architecture with San Francisco Trolley Dances. The annual festival takes audiences out of the theater and into the streets of San Francisco to see some of the Bay Area’s most acclaimed companies perform site-specific works, featuring performances by (in order of performance): Tezkatlipoka Aztek Dance and Drum, Shinichi Iova-Koga (inkBoat), Jean Isaacs San diego Dance Theater, Keith Terry & Corposonic, Maru Dojo: Aikido/BJJ, Kim Epifano’s Epiphany Productions with Julie Wolf of Sonic Wolf Productions, and, Lizz Roman & Dancers, performing “FIFTY FIVE SIX” at the last site of the festival in front of the building of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers at 55 Fillmore Street (Fillmore and Herman). FIFTY FIVE SIX is a site specific homage to IBEW local 6.
